Return Process

  Log into your Sony Latin account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate a return authorization number.

  Pack the Product

  Carefully place the item in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed once our technicians verify the return.
